The sale of reduced items and sale items are final and are not eligible for return for store credit or for exchange, unless faulty or defective. As we are closing down we will be unable to exchange or swap any products so please choose carefully.
If items are received faulty or defective, please refer to the faulty or defective policy below.
We love our range and hope you do too! But should you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer store credit for change of mind if the following criteria is met:
a) The item/s is full price (i.e. not on sale)
b) The item/s is in its original packaging, unused, unaltered and has its original tags and screw bags attached
c) The item/s is returned within 30 days of receipt
If the item/s you wish to return meet the above criteria, please contact us at hello@thesocietyinc.com.au with your order number. We are unable to offer free shipping for change of mind returns. Shipping for returns is made at your own cost.
In the unfortunate event of item/s arriving defective and/or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@thesocietyinc.com.au with a description and photos of the defect. We are happy to offer a refund for faulty item/s. You will be credited the refund amount for the cost of the item back via original payment method upon receipt of the returned item/s. For international orders, any custom duties or taxes will not be refunded.
