Shipping & Handling

We endeavour wherever possible to ship orders the next day after the order has been placed (with the exception of orders placed late Friday and on weekends). Please note in times of high volume (sale periods & holidays) there may be some delays.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & TIMEFRAMES

Standard Post - Approximately 2-7 business days depending on your location in Australia.

Express Post - Approximately 1-4 business days, depending on your location in Australia.

Large Items | Freight To Be Quoted - For large, bulky items and furniture pieces we are happy to investigate a delivery cost to your address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We love to see The Society inc range all over the globe! Orders outside of Australia can be placed online for most products (furniture & bulky items excluded). Shipping costs are based on Australia Post Standard and Express international rates.

DUTIES & TAXES

Depending on the destination country, some custom duties and taxes may be applied upon arrival. Any custom charges are the responsibility of the recipient, not The Society inc.

GIFT WRAPPING

Who doesn't love to receive a brown paper package all tied up with string? You can tick the Gift Wrapping box on the cart page and leave an optional note for that lucky person.

PACKAGING

We reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible. We try to use only cardboard or recyclables but should extra care be needed for delicate items, we either reuse bubblewrap from parcels we have received or use EnviroBubble. Where possible we use compostable satchels for small parcels.

We are continually striving to find more sustainable packaging solutions, so if you have any feedback or suggestions we'd love to hear!
