I like an element of malleability with the things I work with. I'll often get started on writing something and then change my tact and want a fresh page so I can leave a more to-the-point sentiment. I also can't help but be drawn to paper in all its forms and textures, often seeking out all sorts of stocks and tones. Combine these ideas and you'll see that a clip is the best way for me to bring order to my trains of thought. I can keep my paper together in some kind of collection, and quickly farewell a page if I'm not enjoying the storyline of my writing. This is at the core of the Ephemera Clip
, a piece I personally designed. I love it for this reason, but also for its ability to add a utilitarian vibe to a menu, bring added authority to a clipboard, or simply keep my receipts in one place. Plus, its sturdy appeal is just the right look for my aesthetic. I hope you enjoy it, too.
