Interior Designer

Assisting Sibella & the design team with commercial projects.
Managing project schedules from concept to installation.
Tracking, ordering and processing purchase orders with suppliers.
Documenting & tracking client costs and budgets.
Communicating & liaising with clients and tradespeople.

2-3 years’ experience in the interior design industry, preferably working with hospitality spaces.
Detail orientated, with great filing and organisational skills.
Thorough attention to documentation and FF&E specifications.
Product knowledge, sourcing, sampling and overseeing production of bespoke furniture & pieces.
Manufacturing knowledge and black book of trade contacts.
Strong knowledge of CAD, Vectorworks, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office.

Retail Sales Assistant

Greet & serve visitors to The Society inc
Keep the shop looking its best
Packing & shipping online orders and maintaining the online store
Happy to put on any hat and lend a hand to the design studio when needed

Passionate about visual merchandising & styling, take pride in a beautiful retail experience.
Knowledge of POS (Shopify) & great customer service
Love of product, sharing insights into what’s on the market
Love sharing stories, passion for design, excited to advise customers on design choices

Wholesale Sales Manager

Liaising with retailers & on the constant look out for new accounts.
Managing B2B sales, creating invoices & fulfilling orders.
Communicating with the product design team on production schedules.
Coordination and attendance at Trade Fairs within Australia.
Willing to travel within Australia and New Zealand on a periodic basis to visit stores.

A passion for and an interest in The Society inc product range, the inspiration behind the products & how they are made.
Excellent communication & organisational skills.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Trade Gecko inventory management system and Quickbooks online.

Operations & logistics Manager

Ensure smooth sailing with day to day running.
Managing inventory systems & ordering for wholesale products.
Working with the design team to organise freight for projects.
Packing & preparing items for shipping.
Quality control on incoming shipments.
Purchasing for interior projects, setting up payments to suppliers.
Monitoring accounts, raising invoices, documenting client billing & budgets.
Reconciling transactions & end-of-day for the shop.

A problem solver & solution finder.
Great filing & organisational skills.
Great knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Tradegecko and Quickbooks is preferably.
Book-keeping/accounting experience an advantage.
