Manufacturing knowledge and black book of trade contacts.
Strong knowledge of CAD, Vectorworks, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office.

Packing & shipping online orders and maintaining the online store

Wholesale Sales Manager
Liaising with retailers & on the constant look out for new accounts.
Managing B2B sales, creating invoices & fulfilling orders.
Communicating with the product design team on production schedules.
Coordination and attendance at Trade Fairs within Australia.
Willing to travel within Australia and New Zealand on a periodic basis to visit stores.
A passion for and an interest in The Society inc product range, the inspiration behind the products & how they are made.
Excellent communication & organisational skills.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Trade Gecko inventory management system and Quickbooks online.
Operations & logistics Manager
Ensure smooth sailing with day to day running.
Managing inventory systems & ordering for wholesale products.
Working with the design team to organise freight for projects.
Packing & preparing items for shipping.
Quality control on incoming shipments.
Purchasing for interior projects, setting up payments to suppliers.
Monitoring accounts, raising invoices, documenting client billing & budgets.
Reconciling transactions & end-of-day for the shop.
A problem solver & solution finder.
Great filing & organisational skills.
Great knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Tradegecko and Quickbooks is preferably.
Book-keeping/accounting experience an advantage.
