The Stylist’s Guide to NYC – Tacombi

Walk through a reo bar & steel shop front covered in sign writing & enter another world. An outdoor space that could be a roadside taqueria anywhere in Mexico but it’s indoors in Nolita.

It’s namesake, the combi, sits pride of place in the middle with ‘stalls’ lining the walls selling juices, and showcasing their fresh produce.

Raw concrete floor with folding tables&chairs mill under string lighting – in fact this looks better than in Mexico! Try the house made juices and lime soda pops, but if you are a soft taco fan like me this is the freshest best place to go.

Even open on a a snow day.
